PROOF APPROVAL TERMS

The term 'Company' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website, company registration number is 6857235. The term 'you', 'client' or 'customer' refers to the user or viewer of our website.

You understand that by confirming approval, you give authorisation for After Hours Creative Ltd to proceed with printing and production of your order. The digital proof we have supplied is deemed as a legal contract between you, the client and After Hours Creative Ltd. Your overall acceptance and finalisation of this digital proof(s) will bind you to a contract, by way of our company Terms and Conditions as stipulated on our website. These terms and conditions are enforced in any English or Welsh court of law. You acknowledge that the digital proof supplied is for content proofing. You are responsible for proof reading and confirming approval of your proofs. Please be sure to double check spelling, grammar, contact details, layout and design before approving your artwork. You also accept and acknowledge that After Hours Creative Ltd. is not responsible for obtaining permission for use of intellectual property supplied by you to After Hours Creative Ltd for your use. You take full responsibility for obtaining rights for any text, photos or original art submitted to After Hours Creative Ltd for printing. Once approved, the printing stages will start, any alterations identified after this time will be subject to additional fees. If you require us to proof check the artwork, this will be charged at £30+VAT per hour and will become our responsibility for any corrections.

If we produce work that has been approved by you and is found to contain errors after production, then you are responsible for full production costs (setup charges, printing and materials), as well as, the cost for producing the work a second time, if you request us to do so. After Hours Creative will not assume responsibility for errors found in printed materials once production has commenced. We have also clearly outlined the job specifications during the ordering and approval process, and will not reprint the order if you have failed to review the order and proof correctly prior to confirming.

1. ORDER CANCELLATION

1.1 You may cancel your order with us up until confirmation of approval. Once approval of your proofs is confirmed. your order will go straight to print and cannot be stopped. If you elect to cancel your order prior to confirming approva,l we will refund your order in full less any charges for time spent preparing proofs and/or artwork files.


2. COLOUR VARIATION

2.1. Commercial printing is done using the CMYK print process. CMYK colour profile has been applied where applicable. Colours can vary between jobs, using the full colour (CMYK) print processs; never assume your printed job will exactly match that of your screen colours (RGB). Colours may also vary during a print run and may not be the same as a previous print run. We do not accept any liability for colour differences between jobs. If you are concerned about colour reproduction, you may order a printed GMG proof for £10+VAT. This will be posted out to you for colour approval, prior to running your job. We will then use the GMG proof to match your job to during production. Please note that, GMG colour proofs will delay production of your job while it is produced and posted out to you. Estimated shipping dates will only be confirmed once you have approved the colour proof.
