Production times quoted on our website are based on typical production schedules and cannot be guaranteed. We are an artisanal print studio which means many of our print finishing processes are carried out by hand by skilled craftsmen. Although we do our best to anticipate busy periods, it isn't always possible. Finishing jobs to a high standard by hand during busy periods can occasionally cause delays with orders. Delays also may occur due to machine breakdowns or equipment issues. As a result, we are unable to guarantee that we will ship your order on a specific date unless it has been agreed in writing prior to ordering. Wherever possible, we like to work ahead of schedule, which allows for any unforeseen issues to be dealt with and your job still to ship prior to when you need it.
