All artwork submitted to us with an order undergoes a full file check, during which, we also ensure your chosen print specs will work with your design. If we notice any issues, we will reach out to discuss them before printing your order. In addition to, all of our products undergo in-house quality checks prior to despatch. If we notice an issue, your order will be pulled back to be reprinted before it is despatched. Both of these processes ensure our complaints level is kept low. If you're unhappy with your order, you can email photos to us explaining the issue, and we'll advise if it's something that can be rectified with a reprint. Often, the complaints we receive are related to limitations of particular card stocks or finishing processes or customers not taking our advice regarding a particular finish. We also recommend ordering a sample pack first, you'll receive 4000 reward points, which equates to the value of the pack, which you can redeem against your first order. Essentially, this makes the sample pack free of charge, as well as, giving you an idea of the quality of finish of our products before ordering. We've also added detailed 'Do's and Dont's' to each product page, which explain the limitations of certain types of stocks and finishes and our Art Team will inform you if they think there is a potential issue with your artwork and chosen card specs. As an example, we don't recommend full ink coverage on cotton papers as it ruins the tactile nature of the surface and the edges can also crack during guillotining. We utilise a lot of different styles of cards as well as many different print finishing processes. Our goal is to ensure your job is produced to the highest quality.
