Before your order is printed, it will need to be approved either digitally by email or by post if you have requested a printed proof.
Digital proofs entail sending a digital PDF proof of your artwork to you by email. The proof is designed for you to check for typos, errors or mistakes in the layout. Digital proofs should not be used for colour approval, because your screen displays colours in a different format to the colours used for printing. If you are concerned about the colours, please select a printed proof during the ordering process. Our team will print your artwork on an A4 sheet for approval and post it out to you by courier. Once you receive the printed proof, you can review it and let us know if you're happy to proceed. Please note that; printed proofs will add additional production time to your order while the proof is printed and posted to you. Only once the proof has been approved, does the specified production time for your order begin. If you have a deadline or event, please inform us ahead of time, so that we can do our best to accommodate you.
