Digital Printing

Digital printing is the process of printing your full colour images/designs directly onto a variety of papers and card stocks.

Our high-end production presses print up to 4800dpi achieving near offset print quality. We use a number of different presses that each have their own benefits for specific papers. Digital printing uses CMYK inks/toners, which means your images are printed using a combination of Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black (Key). RGB files will be converted to CMYK prior to printing. We're unable to offer pantone/spot colour printing.

We can also digitally print opaque white ink on to coloured card stocks such as Vanguard, Colorplan and Kraft. In addition to this, we can also print full colour CMYK designs on top of coloured card stocks by printing white underneath. This is ideally suited to smooth card stocks such as, Vanguard.
