Our Foil Only Letterheads are crafted on high-grade, smooth120gsm uncoated stock, on an A4 size. You can select from 16 magnificent foil colours. We utilise the finest quality stamping foils, ensuring an exceptional and luxurious metallic finish. This range is our number one seller with small businesses who command upmarket letterheads.
If you don't see what you're looking for, please contact a friendly team member and we'll gladly assist you! All foil blocked stationery is manufactured in-house, allowing us to accommodate bespoke projects including textured papers, embossed letterheads and custom sizes.
Our online prices cover a foil blocking area that is 50 square cms, which is ideal for a logo. For larger foil coverage, please contact us for a quote by reaching out to us via the Contact Page on our website. Once we know the size of the area, we'll be able to quickly send you a quote.
ARTWORK GUIDELINES
Please ensure that you/your designer follow the artwork guidelines set out in our File Setup Guide. We have also included blank templates below, to help you create your artwork.
IMPORTANT: Files supplied for foil stamping must be supplied in vector format. They can be sent to us as Adobe Illustrator files or as PDF files, but the artwork must have been created as vector art using vector editing tools (not JPEGs placed in Illustrator and saved as an .Ai or .EPS file). Only artwork originally created in a vector editing program, such as Adobe Illustrator, is truly vector art.

PRINT PRODUCTION TIME
Please note that production times quoted on our website are based on typical production schedules and cannot be guaranteed. If you require a product urgently, please contact us and we will do our upmost to adjust our production schedules and meet your needs. Our ability to meet very tight delivery deadlines is subject to order specifications, quantities, machine requirements, third-party couriers and several other factors that may be beyond our control.
FOIL STAMPING
All foil stamping is carried out in-house at After Hours Creative. We apply foil effects using an etched metal die/plate and a combination of heat and pressure to press the foil in to the stock. This foil stamping process creates a slight indentation in the stock during the foil application. The amount of indentation is carried out at the discretion of the foil technician. Too much of an impression can cause the foil to bleed around the edges or create filling in between foil elements. Our priority is always achieving the highest quality foil print.
DEBOSSING
Debossing entails making a subtle indentation into the stock, with the absence of foil (blind debossing) or with foil. Any media produced with debossing is done at the technician's discretion, as too much of a deboss can cause the foil to bleed around the edges and result in a poor quality finish, so we find a balance between quality of print and the level of deboss.
PAPER INFO
All Foil Only A4 Letterheads are produced on high-quality, smooth, uncoated 120gsm stock. The stock is white and foil stamped in the metallic foil colour chosen.
