wrong artwork file uploaded, need to update artwork file with order

I uploaded the incorrect artwork files, what should I do?

If you have uploaded the wrong artwork, please submit a ticket to us via the Help Desk feature in your account or call us at +44 (0)1288 350 620, with your order number. Please note that, due to our production time and internal processing, your items will go to production soon after you finalise your artwork proof, however, we will always do our best to see if we can assist in such situations.
